About the Position
Utilize skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations. Utilizes trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling.

This is a full-time position represented by IUOE Local 39 and is based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieving client requirements
Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance; completes maintenance and repair records as needed
Review assigned work orders; estimate time and materials needed to complete repair; order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety
Use personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email and training.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
4 years of related experience and/or trade school training preferred
Universal CFC certification preferred
High Rise Fire Safety Director Certification preferred
Weekly Fire Pump Test Certification preferred
Low Voltage NFPA 70E Certification preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Demands
Frequent stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders
Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
Compensation
$72.93 per hour
