Partner with product marketing and content to develop campaign narratives and asset requirements.
Design and run A/B tests across messaging, channels, and offers to continuously improve performance.

Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, events, and sales plays.
Coordinate timelines, assets, and launches across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Support field and segment-specific programs, including ecommerce-focused events and campaigns.
Measurement, Optimization, and Reporting
Define success metrics and measurement plans for every campaign.
Analyze performance across the full funnel (engagement, MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue).
Deliver clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
Marketing Operations and Systems
Working with MOPS, build and manage campaigns in Salesforce and HubSpot, including automation, tracking, and attribution.
Ensure campaign data integrity and accurate reporting in partnership with RevOps.
Improve processes and workflows to scale campaign execution efficiently.
