Responsibilities
Own all or a significant portion of the
F100 MRO lifecycle
Collaborate daily with cross-disciplinary engineers and technicians
Drive high-quality, safe, and efficient refurbishment processes
Support testing campaigns and engine acceptance activities
Contribute to a fast-paced environment where engineering and execution come together
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in
Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
3+ years
of F100 MRO experience, or experience with a similar-thrust class engine
2+ years
of professional experience designing flight propulsion hardware
Strong engineering fundamentals in:
Combustion
Thermodynamics
Heat transfer
Fluid dynamics
Structural dynamics
Materials science
Preferred Skills and Experience
6+ years of F100 MRO or equivalent experience
4+years designing jet or rocket propulsion hardware with CAD +GD&T
Proven responsibility for flight-proven hardware
Experience with: air-breathing combustors, augmenters, ignition systems, variable-area nozzles, turbomachinery, high-temperature mechanical assemblies
