Are you a creative and driven public relations and digital communications marketer with a knack for landing major media hits and managing strategic communications and PR programs? We’re looking for a Brand & Communications manager with B2B experience -- preferably in the mobile or tech field -- to help drive traditional/ digital communications across a diverse range of verticals and markets throughout GCR. The ideal candidate has a hunger for creating compelling stories and ideas that garner attention from key industry and mainstream media, online communities, influencers, analysts and additional stakeholders. He or she thrives in a dynamic environment, is creative, data-driven, and an independent self-starter -- while knowing how to lead a team and agencies to orchestrate initiatives between regional and global marketing teams and their goals. This role will report directly to Sr. Director of Marketing, GCR.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement fully integrated branding/communications plans in numerous markets across GCR – from strategy to tactics to execution
Identify, leverage and prioritize opportunities to provide value that garners exposure in business, technology, marketing, advertising and mobile industries – and beyond
Articulate and scale AppsFlyer’s thought leadership, defining topics for engagement through bylines, speaking opportunities, rapid-response, media interviews, announcements, events, awards, white papers, digital interactions, co-marketing initiatives and more
Play a central role in the company’s content creation using data; this includes China-specific blog posts, presentations, guides, data studies, white papers, videos, infographics, webinars, and press bylines. This also includes developing outlines, briefs, and ideas into effective, well-researched content pieces that make an impact
Manage agencies and POCs throughout GCR, ensuring positioning and messages are conveyed effectively and consistently across various markets and channels, while constantly measuring results and optimizing for success
Cultivate relationships with partners, customers and 3rd parties in order to leverage joint PR/marketing efforts and grow the AppsFlyer community base
Partner across the organization to employ communication strategies that align with key regional and global objectives (product launches, educational content & research reports on industry topics, conveying customer success stories, etc.) and strengthen the company’s overall narrative while maximizing impact on the AppsFlyer brand and business
What you have:
5+ years experience creating and executing integrated PR / communications strategy & plans across regional markets for a high-tech or international company
Excellent communication skill with growth mindset, good at managing stakeholders from different aspects and multitasking in a high-pace environment
Track record of prominent press placements, existing relationships with top technology, business and industry trade reporters, savvy at both media and influencer relations (traditional, social, digital)
Exceptional skills in writing, editing,with an ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights; as well as exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong story development skills, with an eye for detail and ability to drive stories with compelling visuals and messaging, providing spokesperson support
Knowledge and interest in the worlds of tech, mobile, and digital marketing; Understanding of market trends and how to turn data into compelling stories, messages and campaigns
Expertise managing agencies and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive terrific results, ensuring messages are conveyed effectively and consistently across channels
Native Chinese speaker and advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field
