Responsibilities The Automotive Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify mechanical and electrical vehicle malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. Perform advanced diagnostics using Kia-specific tools and software. Complete complex repairs, including engine, transmission, and drivability issues. Accurately document all repairs, services, and maintenance performed, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards. Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and in compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Qualifications Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Master Technician level working specifically with Kia vehicles ASE certifications in Kia preferred Strong diagnostic and repair skills with Kia systems and components Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a dealership environment A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service Attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Compensation: The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00. Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
