Description

About the Company Kuunda is a B2B embedded digital financial company that provides liquidity to the informal sector through liquidity APIs & proprietary credit scoring algorithms to generate behavioural & transactional borrowing profiles. Kuunda specialises in real-time, transactional-based lending solutions. Kuunda builds dynamic, embedded financing solutions that create sustainable economic productivity by providing agent networks, small businesses & consumers with access to liquidity products & services. About the Role We are looking for a Technical Delivery Coordinator who keeps delivery organised, predictable, and moving across multiple markets, external partners, and internal technical teams. This role maintains a single source of truth across trackers and collaboration tools, turning scattered requests and vague blockers into clear actions, owners, and dates. The coordinator protects senior engineering bandwidth by managing intake, prioritisation, and follow-through. In short: the person who turns “blocked” into an executable plan—and follows through until it’s resolved. What you will do Delivery Control & Planning Own and maintain the delivery control tracker (market/partner, product stream, delivery stage, status, risks, dependencies, next actions, due dates, and links to supporting artefacts). Align weekly with PMO and Product/Commercial stakeholders on revenue‑critical priorities versus longer‑term technical work. Maintain a clear prioritisation lane for senior engineering dependencies so sequencing is visible and agreed. Translation & Task Management Translate partner, commercial, and programme asks into clear technical tasks (scope, environment, acceptance criteria, and owner). Create and maintain tickets and task lists with: problem statement, context, acceptance criteria, owner, and due date. Keep documentation tidy and accessible: meeting notes, workflows, decisions and action logs, and relevant recordings. SIT/UAT & Go‑Live Coordination Coordinate SIT/UAT and go‑live activities across key streams: test plan, test data/setup requests, log extraction requests, and defect tracking. Support go‑live preparation: step‑by‑step execution plan, monitoring/health checks, communication channels, and rollback approach. Drive readiness reviews and ensure risks and dependencies are explicitly tracked to closure. Stakeholder & Dependency Management Track and actively chase external dependencies (e.g., network connectivity, sandbox access, API readiness, documentation, approvals). Ensure issues don’t die in email threads or chats—drive closure through clear ownership and follow‑ups. Provide calm, structured updates even when timelines shift. What you have (Skills & Experience) Must‑Have 3–5+ years’ experience in technical project coordination, junior PM, delivery coordination, or BA‑type roles within software/fintech. Ability to read and reason about technical material (REST APIs, payload examples, status codes, and basic authentication patterns). Comfort with basic data verification (Excel/Google Sheets; simple SQL checks or willingness to learn). Strong organisational and written communication skills: clear updates, structured notes, concise status summaries. Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across time zones and stakeholders. Nice‑to‑Have Experience with telecom, mobile money, banking, or regulated environments (change approvals, compliance gates, regulator timelines).
